My countdown is not showing on the storefront

Countdown Timer

Publish the campaign first, then check its schedule and product, collection and page conditions. Save your theme after changing app settings.

  • For a page section or product details timer, add the Tikkivo app block to a theme section that supports app blocks.
  • For a top or bottom bar, enable the Tikkivo bar app embed in the theme editor.
  • Check the campaign is not paused, expired or hidden on mobile. Preview the same page where you expect it to appear.

How do I choose the right countdown schedule?

Countdown Timer

Use a fixed deadline for one shared end time, a daily window for repeating same-day periods, or a per-browser duration for an individual visitor timer. Daily windows use the shop timezone and must start before they end on the same day.

A per-browser timer can restart when a visitor changes device or clears browser storage. It is not a checkout deadline.

Does the timer create a discount or reserve stock?

Countdown Timer

No. Create discounts and inventory rules in Shopify separately. The timer displays your message and countdown; it does not enforce checkout deadlines or reserve products.

How should I prepare my first supplier import?

Catalog Sync

Start with a small file containing representative products and variants. Choose a consistent matching key, group variant rows correctly and map only the fields you intend to update. Currency must match your store.

Review proposed changes and excluded rows before approval. New products are created as drafts. Verify the results in Shopify before enabling scheduled imports.

Which supplier sources can I connect?

Catalog Sync

Use CSV, Excel or JSON uploads, a supported HTTPS feed, published Google Sheets CSV or a read-only JSON REST endpoint. A published Sheets CSV is different from a private Google Drive OAuth connection.

XML, FTP/SFTP and private Google Drive or Dropbox integrations are not included in this release. Never send source credentials to support.

What should I do when an import is partial or unverified?

Catalog Sync

Open the activity record and download the operation report. Identify which products changed, which failed and which have an uncertain outcome. Check affected products in Shopify before repeating the import.

Do not blindly retry an unverified operation. Contact support with the job ID, status and non-sensitive error codes. Do not include supplier passwords or customer information.

How do inventory location and ownership affect stock updates?

Catalog Sync

Confirm the mapped stock column, selected inventory location and source inventory ownership setting before applying updates. A stock buffer and supplier version values may change how available stock is calculated or accepted.

Test a small import and compare the result in Shopify. Scheduled synchronization is not a real-time stock guarantee.

How do I publish my first product feed?

Product Feeds
  1. Sync the catalog and wait for a completed run.
  2. Choose a destination format, country and language.
  3. Choose products and optional rules, then validate the preview.
  4. Generate the feed and wait for a successful run.
  5. Add the published URL to your destination as a scheduled file fetch and review its diagnostics.

Treat the feed URL as private. Anyone holding it may access its contents.

Why are there no output rows?

Product Feeds

Check the catalog sync completed for the selected country and language. Confirm products are active and published, filters match, and required title, price, image and URL data are present.

The preview distinguishes excluded items from invalid items. Expand validation messages and check source values for a sample item.

Why is my published file older than the latest run?

Product Feeds

A validation failure, interrupted generation or unexpectedly large item drop can preserve the last successful file. Check the run status and error messages, fix the cause and regenerate.

Approve a reduced item count only after reviewing the missing items. Do not share the private feed URL in a support message.

Does a completed run mean my products are approved?

Product Feeds

No. A completed run means the app generated a file successfully. Destination fetching, processing, account policies and product approval happen separately. Check the destination diagnostics for its decision and next steps.

What should I include in a support request?

All Tikkivo apps

Include the app name, what you tried, what you expected, what happened and any non-sensitive job ID or error code. If a screenshot helps, remove private information before attaching it in your email client.

Never send passwords, access tokens, supplier credentials, private feed URLs, customer data or payment information. We will not ask you to email your Shopify password.

Where can I manage an app subscription or uninstall?

All Tikkivo apps

For an installed app, use its Plans & usage screen and Shopify settings to review any active subscription. A public website inquiry does not activate a subscription.

Manage installed apps from your Shopify admin. Before uninstalling, review the app instructions and keep any reports or settings you need. For account or data questions, email [email protected] without including credentials.

A little context helps.

Prepare a message to [email protected]. Your mail app opens with a draft. You review and send it.

Include a non-sensitive job ID or error code if helpful. Do not include passwords, tokens, supplier credentials, private feed URLs, customer data or payment information.

No message is sent or stored by this website. You can attach a redacted screenshot in your email client.
